"Transformers That Talk" - Featured Technical Presentation
A major highlight of our participation will be the technical talk "Transformadores que hablan: El poder del monitoreo en tiempo real para evaluar la condición" (Transformers That Talk: The Power of Real-Time Monitoring to Assess Condition). This presentation will demonstrate how modern monitoring systems give transformers a "voice" by interpreting signals from gases, temperature, partial
discharges, and other critical parameters.
Led by Emilio Morales Cruz, a technical specialist at Qualitrol Company with over 30 years of experience in power transformer design, this session will explore practical examples of how integrating real-time data into predictive maintenance strategies enables operators to anticipate failures and optimize operations. Attendees will learn how these advanced monitoring approaches improve reliability, reduce costs, and strengthen the electrical system's confidence and resilience.
